**Running Haus Advisors.** The New-Business Engine is the main program: six months with a founder-led agency, moving new business off the founder and onto a system the team runs.

**Behind the Agency.** Close to 80 episodes. New ones premiere live on LinkedIn on Wednesday mornings.

**Building with AI.** My business runs on dozens of scheduled AI routines. They handle research, reporting, CRM cleanup, and most of podcast production. I keep finding new jobs to hand them.

**Rebuilding this site.** It moved off WordPress onto a static site that updates itself. The facts live in one file, and a weekly routine keeps the numbers current.

**At home.** Spokane. My wife is deep in her MFA in creative writing. My kid invents a new game every week and I'm usually losing it.
